Scope of work:
The scope of work included demolition, asbestos abatement, installation of a new drywall system, new flooring, carpentry, application of new finishes including sheet vinyl, millwork, wall protection, 天花板, 扶手, crash rail, and painting. The scope of work consisted of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, millwork, finish carpentry, abatement, 门, and hardware. The scope of work involved demolishing existing partitions and MEP in the space, building new partitions and low return chases, installing a new acoustical ceiling and flooring, replacing existing equipment with new hoods, and adding new mechanical equipment such as exhaust fans, diffusers, and VAVs. Additionally, new VFDs were installed in the Electrical room for the exhaust fans, along with new fire alarm devices and fire sprinklers.
